Pastry chef wanna be..

These are not award winning petit fours but they are cute, none-the-less, and very very easy.

I saw them on a blog that showed how to make them and thought it'd be fun to try them for Valentine's day.

They are little "cakesters" by Oreo, covered with ready-made fondant and embellished with royal frosting.

If it weren't for the chocolate cake inside, they wouldn't taste like much.. (I don't think ready-made fondant is all that tasty... but hey, it's easy...)

So these will embellish the table this evening for our Sunday night Bible study.

Chocolate is chocolate.
