So, yesterday the tough decision between vacuuming and baking was made.... however, there was enough time in the day to do both, so I actually didn't have to abandon the vacuum cleaner afterall....
Have you ever seen a muffin top pan? It is a shallow muffin pan so that one makes mostly the TOP of a muffin. One muffin pan has 6 large shallow circles and I thought I'd give it a try. They were absolutely delicious. I decided, with all those blueberries, I could call it a serving of fruit, right?
