The privilege of praying
It comes as no surprise to most who know me that I am disappointed with the outcome of the election. That being said, congratulations to President-elect Obama. He may need to work to win my support but as Scripture commands he already has my prayers as he leads our nation. May he have yours as well.

I think as the body of Christ, we have just received our prayer orders!
Well said, Candis! I was feeling discouraged last night as well, but the Lord gave me a wonderful time of praying for our nation and President-elect. The Lord is sovereign, and will accomplish His purposes regardless of who sits in the Oval Office.
