Riding outdoors in November?

Today for riding lessons, Brooklyn learned that she was going to ride outdoors!

The weather was spectacular; very unusual for November here in Minnesota.
It's often bitterly cold and very often there is a snow cover by now.

So Brooklyn and her instructor got ready to take a nice ride around the grounds of the Red Horse Ranch Arena.

Off they went, side by side.

Here's a bit of the view from the upper hill where the riding lessons take place and many horses are boarded.

She simply loved the lesson today!

And she hopes that the weather is good for riding outdoors for the next lesson too..

but that's in two weeks... and December....
