Preston's big night

This afternoon was our church's Sunday School Christmas program and Preston was excited because he was a "BIG BOY", he proclaimed, and he could go up front with the 2 yr to Kindergarten children. He did go up, too, and it may have helped that his mommy gave him a little packet of candies to hold.... and eat.... Big sister Brooklyn was in the back row in her cute white sweater dress.

I'm not too sure if he sang, but he did stand there nicely!

In his hands would be his little candy... another little boy was quite interested in having one and got really into Preston's "space" and Preston was ready to give him a push away but fortunately some adult saw the potential incident and quickly got the little fella back where he belonged. phew.

Ah, yes, smile at grandma. Wonderful.

One important highlight of Christmas programs would be the apple in the "goody bag." I love all the little bites out of this apple.

Also in the goody bag would be peanuts to break open! Here Julia is helping Brooklyn with opening a peanut.

Sean Patrick was dressed up too, but he will have to wait for 2 years before he gets
to go up front!

All the kids did great in the program. It was so fun to see!

I saw many eating their apples first instead of the candy! What good little eaters!
