So we have been getting lots of fresh air and my Fitbit is wondering who is this girl with all these steps? We hiked with hubby's nephew and niece, two good hikers!
Today was our longest hike, I realize I can hike 5 miles quite well, but the last mile, which was going downhill, was a bit hard on my knees. Age may be a factor!
